Hakuouki has been one of my all time favorites (All 3 seasons). It has not only awesome character design and historical-fantasy plot, but also nice opening and ending themes. I like all of the six opening and ending themes there are.
Akane Sora ni Negau by MAO was the first song I transcribed (back when I still had the habit of putting down dates in the scores)
